Only written notification of change of reservation or cancellation is valid.
Requestes over the phone are not accepted to avoid mis-communication.
NTA FIT CANCELLATION POLICY
Whatever the reason maybe be, if cancellation notice is not received, the
booking is considered ALIVE.. Unless you receive a CANCELLED comfirmation,
the record has not been changed. Even if the hotel or other facility waives
the penalty, NTA FIT policy for cancellations will apply, please refer
to the following information.
The following cancellation charges will apply using the date the cancellation
notice is received by Nippon Travel Agency(NTAITD) in Japan during business
hours, but not when the cancellation notice is sent by you. Cancellations
should be received by Nippon Travel Agency(NTAITD) during business hours,
Monday through Friday, 9:30-18:00 Japan time.
