Summer season

KAI Poroto: A hot spring ryokan offers views of Lake Poroto from all rooms and honors the Ainu people, indigenous to Hokkaido, through its architecture, art, and decor.
Guests get to bathe inside the cone-shaped bathhouse, inspired by traditional Ainu architecture, as well as in outdoor baths that look out over scenic Lake Poroto and its colorful natural surroundings.

Kayano Shigeru Nibutani Ainu Museum: Over than 1000 items including Ainu folk goods collected by Shigeru Kayano who was a member of the House of Councilors, indigenous people's institutions around the world are exhibited.

Lake Toya Private Canoe: Experience the beauty of Lake Toya by canoe. Meet the nature guide at Lake Toya. Your guide will give you some lessons for paddling. Then rowing out Lake Toya with the guide.

Winter season

Drift Ice & Bird Watching Cruise: Cruising while looking for animals and birds that have overwintered in Shiretoko while squeezing the drift ice with Evergreen.

Akan Tsuruga Besso Hinanoza: Tsuruga Besso Hinanoza offers a luxurious Japanese hot-spring experience on the shores of Lake Akan.

Tsurui Ito Tancho Crane Sanctuary: Tsurui-Ito tancho Sanctuary was established by the Wild Bird Society of Japan to protect the tancho cranes and their natural habitat.
