Act City Hamamatsu (ACH) offers comprehensive support for efficient convention planning, featuring facilities that include conference rooms, exhibition halls, and a hotel. ACH also has shops, restaurants, and offices, and connects directly to the Shinkansen station. The Main Hall, Japan’s first four-staged hall, can seat 2,336 people. It can host theatrical performances such as opera, musicals, and kabuki, and can also serve as a comfortable conference venue. The generously sized seats ensure ongoing comfort even during lengthy events. The Concert Hall, ideal for classical music performances with its pipe organ and special sound system, is also designed to provide an outstanding environment for conventions with a relaxing atmosphere. With additional venues such as the Exhibition and Event Hall (which has a capacity of up to 3,000 seats) and conference rooms of varying sizes, ACH is a convenient convention venue suitable for almost any type of request.

Unparalleled Commodious Halls Filled with Bright Natural Light Suitable for Gatherings of All Kinds

Resembling a ship in appearance, Granship is conveniently located next to JR Higashi-Shizuoka Station. Its Main Hall features a 58-meter ceiling and an arena area of 1,720 square meters, accommodating up to 4,626 people. The medium Hall’s proscenium shape makes it a well-suited venue for lectures. The Conference Hall is designed as an international convention venue with simultaneous interpretation booths, making it perfect for conferences and academic meetings. The wall behind the stage can be opened to reveal a picturesque view of Mt. Fuji. The Audio-Visual Hall, equipped with the latest AV technology, functions like a cinema. Additionally, there is a Reception Hall available for multiple purposes. Conference rooms on floors 9 to 12 vary in size from small to large, making them suitable for various meetings.

Three minute walk from JR Numazu Station. The Largest Convention Complex with Accommodation, Convention Halls and Exhibition Halls.

The Exhibition Hall can accommodate exhibitions and events of all kinds, including sales and sporting events. It has an area of 3,875 square meters and a ceiling height of 12.6 meters, with no support pillars and a concrete-finished floor. Direct access for large trucks ensures smooth loading and unloading.

Convention Hall A is the largest conference room in Shizuoka Prefecture, with a capacity of 1,000 seats and equipped with a 300-inch screen. The hall can also be divided into two separate spaces. Convention Hall B can hold approximately 400 seats and features simultaneous translation booths, making it suitable for international conferences as well. This sophisticated space can be used not only for events and lectures but also for parties and receptions.

Plaza Verde also offers 14 smaller meeting rooms suitable for seminars and small group meetings. The convention center is connected to a hotel with 150 rooms, and a corridor from the hotel reception floor provides easy access to the halls.
