Japanese Style Gala Dinner Party
In March 2025, our team organized incentive trip for 260 participants from Spain and held a party in Tokyo.
As the party venue Grand Ball Room in Hotel Grand Hyatt Tokyo has been selected, and entire room space including foyer are decorated in Japanese style to welcome the guests.
In foyer, cocktail party is held before the dinner the geisha ladies welcomed the guests. cocktail party is held before the dinner.
The guests tried traditional games at Matsuri-style game stalls, and enjoyed Japanese finger foods such as Sushi, Sashimi, croquette and matcha.
At the entrance of banquet room, put Torii gate to welcome the guests. Torii gates were privatized by inserting company logo, and lots of guests took own picture there.
Banquet rooms also decorated in Japanese style.
On a specially designed stage styled like a sumo ring, a traditional Japanese "Kanpai" ceremony; sake barrel-breaking was performed to celebrate the opening of the party.
In addition to that, during the dinner special Sumo show was performed by Sumo wrestlers, which make them greatly entertain.
The guests thoroughly enjoyed the party while experiencing Japanese culture.
