Nagoya is served by Chubu Centrair International Airport, Located 45 minutes by car from JR Nagoya Station.

JR Nagoya Station is a major stop on the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train, providing convenient access to the east and west of Japan.

UNIQUE VENUE : AICHI MUSEUM OF FLIGHT
An aircraft Museum located at the Prefectural Nagoya Airport. It has displays of reals aircrafts, including the YS-11-the first post-war passenger aircraft made in Japan, which made its first flight at Nagoya Airport. It also offers experiential programs, such as trying your hand at being a pilot or mechanic, and a science lab where you can have fun learning about how planes fly.
This is Japan's only aircraft-themed museum located in an airport. The museum is equipped with free Wi-Fi and has a Messe Plaza for meetings and events. You can use the Messe Plaza alone, but it is also possible to privatize the museum, which allows you to arrange various things such as a party with meals in the museum or a special viewing of aircraft that are not normally shown to the public.
UNIQUE VENUE : ENDOJI SHOPPING STREET
Endoji Shopping Street is situated roughly halfway between Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle. It grew as a commercial area along Horikawa and Mino Roads after Tokugawa Ieyasu's crossing of Kiyosu, and also flourished as a temple and shrine town. The traditional atmosphere of Nagoya's downtown still lingers.
This charming location retains its picturesque allure and can be utilized as a unique venue for MICE Banquet.

The Aichi-Nagoya MICE Promotion Council is a consortium established by various stakeholders involved in MICE in the region, including Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City, and the Nagoya Convention and Visitors Bureau. The entire region is working together to attract and support MICE events, such as participating in trade fairs and business meetings held domestically and internationally, conducting family trips, and holding MICE seminars.
Additionally, Aichi and Nagoya have been chosen as one of the “World’s Greatest Place of 2023” by the American magazine “TIME” for its 2023 edition. The article highlights many unique spots in the area, such as the Ghibli Park opened in November 2022 and located within the grounds of the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park.
