110 pax incentive tour in Tokyo and Hakone

In April 2024, our MICE team organized an incentive tour for 110 participants from a Philippine based energy company. Upon their arrival in Tokyo, they had a rest day before the main activities began.

On the second day, they had three options tours, accompanied by experienced guides :

1. 1. A full-day Tokyo sightseeing tour with the visit of iconic places in Tokyo including the imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa and a cruising ride on the Sumida River.
2. 2. A full-day tour to visit Mt Fuji and Hakone area, including a pirate boat ride on Lake Ashi.
3. 3. A tour to Golf Club near Hakone where they spent the day practicing and playing on the green.

The day before departure, they had a free day for leisure activities, followed by a company Gala dinner at a very renowned Hotel banquet where we also organized their transfer with chartered coaches and attendant guides . During the Gala, they enjoyed a shamisen and geisha dance performance, along with a buffet-style dinner.

All participants thoroughly enjoyed their stay and returned to their country with cherished memories to share with their colleagues and families.
