Nippon Travel Agency (hereafter NTA) has built business know-hows as a leader of Japan’s travel industry. We have hosted over 200,000 inbound travelers a year. With customer satisfaction as our top priority, we are committed to provide the best quality products through our network of 250 branch offices both in Japan and overseas.
Inbound Travel Department
The Inbound Travel Department has 6 offices throughout Japan; from Hokkaido, the northernmost prefecture, to Okinawa, the southernmost prefecture. Approximately 300 staff members are responsible for arranging inbound tours. Within the department, we are divided into many sections. For Sales, we have Group Travel, FIT, Web System and MICE sections. We also have experts in the Purchasing and Arrangement section. The purchasing section negotiates with the suppliers for a reasonable price and makes all the reservations. The arrangement section coordinates these arrangements perfectly to bring the level of satisfaction of the clients to its highest.
