Booking & Tour Conditions

  1. Inquiries and booking should be made by either e-mail or fax.
  2. Booking should be made a minimum of 5 days before departure date.
  3. All tours are guided in English.
  4. Payment of tour price should be made by credit card in advance. Checks are not accepted. Credit card information should be advised by fax to Nippon Travel Agency.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Only written notification of change of reservation or cancellation is valid. Requests over the phone are not accepted to avoid mis - communication.

NTA FIT CANCELLATION POLICY

Whatever the reason may be, if cancellation notice is not received, the booking is considered ALIVE. Unless you receive a CANCELLED confirmation, the record has not been changed. Even if the hotel or other facility waives the penalty, NTA FIT policy for cancellations will apply, please refer to the following information.
The following cancellation charges will apply using the date the cancellation notice is received by Nippon Travel Agency (NTA ITD) in Japan during our business hours, but not when the cancellation notice is sent by you.. Cancellations should be received by Nippon Travel Agency (NTA ITD) during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30 - 18:00 Japan Time.
